You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipping. If your order has already entered the shipping process, you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
